This application had appeared
in error, it had already been actioned.
b) 05/01958/Full Erection of 10 Flats in two blocks & formation of access road, 52 Clifton Road, Henlow, by Testcourse Ltd,

Resolved although there have been some improvements, the council
still objects on the following grounds,
i)
The Car parking provisions
are still inadequate.
ii)
The building is in front of
the building line affecting the street scene.
iii)
The rear of the
developments exceeds the development envelope.

Resolved this council
objects to this application on the same grounds as when this application was
first submitted to the council.

meetings of MBDC discussing the above applications.
Resolved
Cllr Cliff represents the council when these applications come before Mid-Beds
Planning committee.
