Minutes of the meeting of the Communications Committee of Henlow Parish Council held on Monday 5^th December 2005 at 7.30pm in Henlow Parish Hall Committee Room

Present: Councillors Buckley (Chairman), Mrs Cliff, Dixon, Mrs Sapiano, & Wiles.

C05/12/1 Apologies – Cllr Cliff (other commitments),

C05/12/2 Declaration of Interest on any items on this Agenda – none.

C05/12/3 Items to be included in the Winter Edition of Parish Pump

Several ideas were discussed including the front cover, number of copies and price before it was

Resolved

a) To consider items such as, Chairman’s intro, News from the RAF Camp, Dates of meetings, History of the Parish Hall, etc

b) All items to be to Cllr Buckley by 16^thJanuary 2006.

c) Clerk to check the price difference of having a white cover with a colour photo instead of the normal coloured paper.

C05/12/4. To discuss publicity of recent projects.

As there have been two recent projects on the Millennium Field and Pyghtles, it was discussed as to whether these should be publicised in the local media. After further discussion it was felt that there was no need for further action.

There being no further discussion the meeting finished at 8.10pm.
