Minutes of the Meeting of the Buildings & Property Committee of Henlow Parish Council held on Monday 19th December 2005 at 7.00pm in Henlow Parish Hall Committee Room

BP05/12/1      Apologies.

BP05/12/2       Declarations of Interest on any items on this Agenda. -- none

BP05/12/3       Status of capital projects for this year

These were noted from the Clerks report.

BP05/12/4                   Review maintenance issues on Parish properties

            The Clerk gave an update on these areas. The committee walked around the hall, as it was empty. There were concerns raised on the delays caused by the electrician, and the front door key that had been used by the brownies. It was therefore resolved,

a)      The Clerk obtains a start date from the electrician, or seeks alternative options.

b)      The Clerk to replace the key that had been used by the brownies.

BP05/12/6       Approval of Payments to be made.  – approved
